How is the TS-9 dock adjusted for height?
This will depend on the style of wheels you choose.
If you go with the standard posts above dock than you
have an option of purchasing a set of winches to adjust
the dock (which means not getting in the water to
adjust). You would attach the cable on each side
of the dock, get the cables tight and then bend down and
loosen up the set screws on both sides. Adjust
your dock using the winches to crank up or down, bend
down tighten up the screws then pull the winches out and
move to next set of posts. Store away until the
next time.

However, if you choose to go with adjustable screw
wheels than all you need is a 15/16" racket with long
extension to adjust your dock up or down.
